Ectopic-expression of SAG12::IPT induces K+/Na+ ratio in cotton leaves. The third true leaf and root samples (0.5 g) of transgenic lines and control cotton were collected after 220 mmol·L− 1 NaCl treatment for 7 days. The K+/Na+ ratio was calculated by dividing K+ content by Na+ content. The data are shown as means ± SD from three repeats (n = 3, *P ≤ 0.05)
